On the 5th, 6th and 7th of April, another edition of the JeniAL Awards took place in Coimbra, an event that aims to highlight the merit and work of the 25 Junior Companies from Portugal. Organized by JEEFEUC, Junior Company of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra, this had the motto “Start, Grow, Thrive” and, over the course of 3 days, more than 300 junior entrepreneurs were able to participate in various training events in the field of entrepreneurship. But the most anticipated moment of the weekend was the awards ceremony, which highlighted JuniFEUP, as the most awarded company at the event.

Annually, at JeniAL, JE Portugal awards, in 5 different aspects, the Portuguese Junior Movement. Of the 5 awards awarded, for the year 2023, JuniFEUP was recognized with 2 - Most Socially Responsible Junior Enterprise and Most Innovative Junior Enterprise, becoming the most awarded Junior Enterprise in Portugal. In the remaining categories, there were also 3 more Junior Companies awarded for their brilliant achievements in 2023, In-Nova, JeKnowledge and JUNITEC emerged winners in the categories: Most Promising Junior Company, Project of the Year and Junior Company of the Year, respectively .

Just 2 years after being awarded as Most Promising Junior Company in Portugal, JuniFEUP wins 2 more awards that reflect its commitment to the community and excellence. An achievement that, in the words of the management, is due to the excellent work carried out by the team in 2023. They also add that it was the diversity of talent and unity of purpose experienced at JuniFEUP that led to this success.
